Ewald Tscheppe works in Sud Steirmark aka Styria. Possibly the most beautiful place in Austria with rolling green hills that are terrifically steep. Certified biodynamic wines made from his small site, where he has classified his land based on soil type, and grows mainly Morillon (aka Chardonnay), Sauvignon Blanc and Welschriesling. These are natural wines of precision, texture and beauty. Ageworthy whites to treasure!
Glück is mainly from the middle of the slope - Sauvignon Blanc and Morillon picked & fermented together after being destemmed. Macerated for 5-6 weeks. Textured magic.
